Roadworks by BT and other utilities will temporarily close parts of Buckie, including Castle Street, with multiple projects scheduled from January 12-22.
Upcoming Road Closures and Works in Buckie, Moray
A road in a Moray town will soon close for works by BT.
From January 13 to 21, BT will close Castle Street at No 6 for two working days to replace a pole.
Next to 5 King Street, Buckie Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution will conduct excavation work at the substation on Monday for one working day.
At 37 Linn Crescent, Scottish Water plans to replace a lead pipe between January 12 and 20, lasting six working days.
Raffan Road in Buckie will see several roadworks over the next week. At No 10, BT will excavate a duct from January 15 to 16 for three working days. Openreach will also excavate outside the same house, starting January 12 to 13 for three working days.
Openreach will be at No 24 until around Tuesday or Wednesday for excavation work.
Meanwhile, opposite 11 Great Western Road, Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution is expected to finish fixing a street lighting fault by January 22.
Finally, Openreach will begin excavation at 57 Ewing Crescent in Buckie from January 12 to 13 for three working days.
