Community Swimming Pool Closed Indefinitely

A community swimming pool is closed “until further notice” due to technical problems. The Culloden Academy and Leisure Centre’s swimming pool will remain shut indefinitely.

A spokesperson stated that the closure is because of “ongoing maintenance issues.” The pool is out of action due to difficulties managing its temperature.

The announcement was made in a social media post. The spokesperson mentioned that both High Life Highland and Highland Council are working to fix the problem. They also apologized to users of the facility.

“Due to ongoing maintenance issues affecting the pool’s temperature, the pool will be closed until further notice,” the statement said. “High Life Highland and The Highland Council are working with our contractors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide an update when more information becomes available.”

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding,” the spokesperson added.
