Two individuals have been arrested for suspected drug offences following a police raid.

A series of coordinated drug warrants took place yesterday, January 6, at various locations in Spalding.

This operation follows multiple reported incidents involving violence.

A 34-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug and an unrelated fraud offence.

“Today’s pre-planned warrants were carried out with one clear priority: protecting vulnerable people and keeping our community safe from the harms linked to county lines activity,” said South Holland’s Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant Marc Fowler, who coordinated the enforcements.

“We’ve acted on several pieces of intelligence about criminal and anti-social behaviour connected to these premises. While the public may not always see immediate action, I want to reassure you that a great deal of work is constantly happening behind the scenes.”

“Every report we receive is assessed, developed, and used to help us take the right action at the right time. Your information genuinely makes a difference, and we urge you to keep talking to us about anything that concerns you.”
